After initial enquiries, a consultation phase will commence where ideas are discussed, the project timelines laid out, and procurement of miniatures and resources is priced up. The consultation phase will be charged in the final element of the commission build.

When you make the decision to engage with the outline plan and agree procurement, you will then be sent a contract to sign which will outline the estimated project timelines and phased payment dates. The Table-top miniature painting service comes with the following choices:

Three levels of quality:

• 3 Colours Basic/Table-top ready - For those needing to meet basic competition requirements.

• 3 colours basic + shade - basic techniques (Washes & Dry Brush) will be used to give a better level of detail.

• Detailed - Additional techniques (Highlights, Blending, Skin tone, material effects) will be used to make the models stand out on the table top.

• Army will have a variable price range per 500 Pts and the quality selected:

  • 3CB=£250 | 3CB+S=£325 | Detailed = £400

• Basing:

  • 3CB =£0.25 per base | 3CB+S = £0.75 per base | Detailed = £1.25 per base

    A 25% deposit of estimated time, plus cost of the initial phase of model/s will be expected on commencement of the project.

    Phased instalment payments, plus next phase of model costs will then be required, as agreed on the project timelines. The project will not progress until phased payment has been received.

    At the cessation of the project, a final bill will be issued, which includes phased payment, postage and consultation costs. The model/s will be posted, with insurance, within 5 working days of receipt of the final payment.

    Dreamscale Artisan will own the model/s during the build process and will relinquish ownership to the client on receipt of final payment. If final payment is not received and any disputes cannot be resolved, DreamscaleArtisan reserves the right to sell the finished model to recoup costs incurred.
